Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Building & Facilities Executive to manage day-to-day facilities operations at Gul Circle, Singapore, on a renewable 1-year contract. You will oversee maintenance, safety checks and coordination with external contractors.

The role requires practical experience in building services, M&E, HVAC, plumbing, and a proactive approach to facilities challenges, ensuring compliance and smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in building/facilities maintenance or facilities management.
• Hands-on knowledge of M&E, HVAC, plumbing and general building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance and minor repairs of building structures, fixtures and facilities.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary systems
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and respond to facilities-related issues and breakdowns
• Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
• Support fire safety system checks and general safety inspections
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs and reports
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and regulatory requirements
• Support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation when required

Building & Facilities Executive | 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

Location: Gul Circle

Salary: $4,500 - $5,600/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm

Contract: 1 year, renewable
