Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform routine building inspections, maintenance and minor repairs, ensuring electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems operate safely.

You will coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers, support fire safety checks, maintain maintenance records, and assist with office layout changes and equipment relocation. 1-year contract, renewable, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.

Qualificações

• Min. Diploma or Nitec in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years of experience in building or facility maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine building inspections, maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot facility breakdowns.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Support fire safety checks and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain maintenance records and support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation.
