Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma and above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of Singapore experience in QS, with M&E exposure.
• Experience in facilities maintenance projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Involve in tender processes, contract awarding, and document reviews per BCA rules.
• Perform QS/SQS scope, administer contracts for facilities & building maintenance.
• Manage progress and other claims; prepare submissions upon completion.
• Track costs, variations, payments, and maintain project cost records.
