Job summary

GovTech invites applications for a Facilities/Estate Manager role to support the People’s Association properties. You will ensure that buildings are safe, well maintained and fit-for-purpose, and you will lead the team toward green goals while managing budgets and schedules.

You will oversee Managing Agent performance, coordinate CMP and A&A projects from planning to close-out, review plans for compliance with standards, and maintain thorough project records and reporting to Management and

Qualifications

• Professional Certification in Building or Project Management or Facilities/Estates Management.
• Technical Skills: Construction project and contract administration, Singapore Standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Certifications in Fire Safety, Green Mark or Workplace Safety & Health are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Interpersonal, communication, management and organization with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities for People’s Association properties to ensure safety and good maintenance.
• Oversee Managing Agent, consultants and projects within schedule and budget.
• Lead CMP, A&A and minor building projects from planning to completion and close-out.
• Monitor contracts, prepare status reports and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Review plans for compliance with CCMC/RC/CC requirements and maintain project records.
