Facilities & Procurement Leader: Asset, Safety & ESG

Job summary

New Hope Community Services invites applications for a facilities and asset management role to oversee inventory, assets, and site safety. The position also includes procurement support and ESG program coordination across multiple sites.

Applicants should hold a diploma or degree with at least two years of relevant experience and be prepared to contribute to governance, safety, and operational excellence at New Hope CS locations in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or related industry (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual fixed asset counts and maintain accurate records in the Fixed Asset Register.
• Review and update SOPs related to asset management.
• Support cost-saving initiatives in asset preservation.
• Maintain hygiene standards and proper record-keeping across all sites.
• Oversee maintenance of building equipment, lifts, and ensure timely servicing.
• Manage security measures, including CCTV systems and premises safety.
• Implement and monitor Safety Management Measures (SMM).
• Conduct annual evaluations of service/maintenance vendors and track renewals.
• Coordinate transportation for donation collections and deliveries if necessary.
• Maintain and update a list of approved vendors and conduct annual evaluations.
• Assist Finance in procurement by preparing evaluation matrices for quotations, projects, and ITQs.
• Provide AV support for internal events.
• Support ESG initiatives by developing and executing sustainability programs and reporting progress to leadership.
