Responsibilities

• Procurement Matters: assist in sourcing and checking quotations; submit procurement requests through the ITE financial system; track item delivery until Goods Received is recorded in the system.
• Department Asset Officer: conduct asset/store registration; facilitate asset transfer between departments/staff; manage asset issues; process asset retirement requests; collect operational forms; prepare project components for distribution.
• Condemnation: execute condemnation exercises per policies and guidelines.
• Training Facilities: support facilities training operations.
• Lab Equipment/PC/Software Maintenance: provide 1st line support; arrange repairs; support software installation and maintenance with IT; ensure tagging/labeling of assets and stores.
• Lab/Classroom Facilities Maintenance: oversee lighting, AV systems, furniture; monitor first aid supplies; raise small works orders for electrical/ LAN/ painting as needed.
