Qualifications

• Background in M&E Engineering, Building Management or Facilities Management.
• At least 2 years' experience in managing escalators, lifts or air-conditioning.
• Meticulous and independent with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in inspections and takeovers of new HDB commercial properties.
• Processing of renovation applications and reinstatement works.
• Vacancy maintenance, defects management and upgrading of commercial premises.
