Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Facility Manager for the SUSS IFM project in Singapore. The role covers oversight of site operations, M&E systems and preventive maintenance, ensuring contract requirements are met with timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in facilities management, strong English communication skills, and proven supervisory experience managing site teams and coordination with contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in facilities management or FM operations.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory roles overseeing site teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Manager in overall Integrated FM for SUSS IFM project.
• Oversee operations and maintenance of mechanical & electrical systems.
• Coordinate with managers, site supervisors and admin to meet contract needs.
• Provide guidance on preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively in English and build rapport with users.
• Mobilize resources and report progress to the client on completion of work.
• Support energy management initiatives and monitor energy usage.
