Job summary

The National University of Singapore is seeking a Specialist Associate (Facilities Management) to oversee daily campus operations at Kent Ridge Campus. You will plan and execute routine, cyclical, and corrective maintenance, supervise contractors, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep building services running smoothly.

A relevant Diploma or ITE Certificate is required, with at least 3 years of facilities management experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant Diploma or ITE Certificate in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or Estate Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of Building Services and M&E Systems; experience with BMS/CMMS is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily zone and building operations including routine, cyclical, and corrective maintenance.
• Provide facilities support and administrative assistance for campus maintenance works.
• Attend to and resolve user complaints via FMS/CMMS, iReport, hotline, and email.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and supervise contractors to meet specifications and schedules.
• Assist with procurement of maintenance and facility-related services.
