Job summary

Raffles Institution seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee campus operations, security and leases. You will manage contracts, monitor budgets and drive process improvements to support the school’s curriculum and events.

The role requires a Diploma or Higher NITEC with 5+ years in Estate/Facilities Management and familiarity with safety and procurement practices. This is a 2-year renewable contract with on-site duties at the Singapore campus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC with 5+ years in Estate/Facilities Management.
• GMAP qualification favourably considered.
• Experience coordinating estate operations and service providers.
• Ability to manage budgets and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of contract management and safety regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate campus logistical operations for curriculum and events.
• Plan and oversee campus security operations, including CCTV and access control.
• Manage and optimise campus logistics, storage and deliveries.
• Oversee management of leased facilities and ancillary services.
• Manage contracts, KPIs and contractor performance.
• Coordinate work requests and contractor deployment.
• Develop and monitor budgets and expenditure.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation of processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional FM support and service continuity.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
