Job summary

The National University of Singapore is seeking a Facilities Operations Associate to oversee daily zone and building operations, including routine maintenance planning and execution. You will manage site inspections, stakeholder coordination, and contractor supervision to ensure works meet quality standards and schedules.

Qualifications include a Diploma/ITE in Engineering or Facilities Management and a minimum of 3 years in FM. Proficiency with BMS/CMMS and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE certificate in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or Estate Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Building Services, M&E Systems, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support for campus facility management and maintenance works.
• Attend to and resolve user complaints via FMS/CMMS, iReport, hotline, and email.
• Manage daily campus operations, conduct site inspections, and coordinate meetings between stakeholders and contractors.
• Analyse and troubleshoot building operational issues, escalate where necessary.
• Supervise contractors to ensure works meet specifications, quality, and schedules.
• Assist with procurement of maintenance and facility-related services.
• Support daily operational planning and tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
