Job summary

Singapore Institute of Technology seeks a Manager/Senior Manager (Facilities Operations) to oversee daily operations and maintenance across campus zones, including buildings, fit-out and infrastructure projects. You will conduct feasibility studies, budgeting, procurement, regulatory compliance and project delivery to ensure operational readiness.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field and at least 5 years of facilities management experience, with strong vendor management,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, FM or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of facilities management, building operations or maintenance management experience.
• Professional qualifications/certifications in FSM, GMM, GMFM, SCEM, Safety/LEW or similar add advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong written/interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, vendor management, coordination with users, inventory control and event management.
• Manage procurement, tenders, contracts, system maintenance and incident reporting.
• Lead campus development inspections, handovers and defect rectification follow-ups.
