Job summary

Sodexo Singapore is a leading facilities management provider seeking an experienced FM leader to oversee site operations at a flagship headquarters. You will manage client relationships at senior levels, drive service delivery across soft and hard services, and lead a team of site professionals and third-party partners to meet contract targets.

You will report to the Contract Manager, ensure safety and compliance, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement to deliver exceptional facilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant FM leadership or management experience.
• Proven track record delivering a range of soft (AV, housekeeping, events, catering) and hard services.
• Experience in a Corporate FM environment and engineering exposure is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a site operations team across multiple service lines and manage day-to-day activities.
• Guide service category teams, plan deployments, and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop client relationships with senior management and governance bodies.
• Deliver on contract cost savings and service level agreements.
• Prepare regular reporting and maintain smooth operations.
