is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to ensure the day-to-day delivery of facilities and services at our site in Tuas, aligning cost, quality, and compliance to support business operations. The Site Lead will manage client stakeholders, drive service quality across multiple service lines, and deliver cost savings while maintaining integrity and safety for a high-profile headquarters facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a site operations team including key stakeholders, business partners, and contract partners and supervise day-to-day operations across sites
• Provide guidance, drive, support, and goals for the designated service category teams accountable for delivering services to the site and effectively plan and manage team deployment and task allocation
• Track and monitor performance metrics and indicators for the site
• Deploy compliance processes and identify / escape operational risks to governance teams
• Maintain ethics and compliance values even when potential risk exists; for both Sodexo and the Client
• Be fully responsible for the services, infrastructure and project delivery across the site
• Establish and develop key relationships with Client senior management and the service providers to enable successful delivery of cost savings and service level agreements
• Participate in contract governance forums
• Ensure undisrupted delivery of all facility operations to the business through internal and contract resources
• Financial management of site Target budget including core variable budget and discrete budget, whilst maintaining Sodexo P&L

Working Hours : Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

The Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring local delivery of all day-to-day facilities and services at the site, ensuring cost, quality, and compliance metrics are achieved. This role involves relationship management with Client senior managers and business leaders to ensure services support and facilitate the full range of business operations. The Site Lead will deliver profitable services against a backdrop of high expectation for a brand new, high profile headquarters facility, driving quality and integrity of services while supporting the achievement of the contract's financial objectives. The role requires effectively managing multiple client stakeholders with different priorities, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth, and leading site-level operations across multiple service lines.
