Job summary

KJFEM Singapore is seeking an accomplished Operations leader to head the overall Singapore operations, ensuring service quality, profitability, workforce productivity, and regulatory compliance across all contracts while driving sustainable growth.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will own the P&L, lead a multi-site team of 100+ staff, align with PWM/WSH requirements, and collaborate with the Malaysia team on cross-border initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of operations management experience, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience managing multi-site operations with 100+ frontline staff
• Strong P&L and budget management with margin improvement
• Solid understanding of Singapore PWM, MOM guidelines, and WSH requirements
• Experience with corporate/industrial/facility clients is a plus
• Diploma or Degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational performance across all Singapore contracts, ensuring service quality and SLAs.
• Develop and execute the Singapore operations strategy in line with growth targets and budget.
• Manage P&L for the Singapore business unit, including budgeting and cost control.
• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers, Executives, and Supervisors.
• Act as senior client-facing contact for key accounts and manage escalations.
• Drive workforce planning and PWM compliance with labour regulations.
• Oversee WSH compliance, audits, and risk management across sites.
• Standardise and improve workflows, SOPs, and quality control across the portfolio.
• Support new business development, including client proposals and contract mobilisation.
• Report to the General Manager on KPIs, financials, risks, and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Malaysia operations to align best practices.
