Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Property Officer (Building) to support the Building Manager in daily maintenance and operations. You will monitor systems for safety and efficiency, supervise non-technical service contractors, and manage procurement and admin tasks necessary for smooth facility operations.

This role requires a Diploma in Building Services/Real Estate with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Building Manager in day-to-day building maintenance and operations.

• Procure parts, administer permits to work, and verify completed works.
• Support tendering, quotes, OH&S, and incident investigations as needed.
• Contribute to asset strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and assist in client communications.
