ALFA MEDICAL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Centre Operations professional in Singapore to coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure safe, efficient service delivery. You will oversee maintenance, engage with contractors, and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence.

You will work independently, with a proactive approach to improvements, and collaborate with teams to uphold high standards of care. Strong communication and details orientation are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and meticulousness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Effective communication skills (phone and email).
• Healthcare/Medical care experience is an advantage.
• Independent worker with proactive operations improvement.
• Hands-on and team-oriented, requiring minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance with contractors, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
• Conduct routine facility inspections, monitor contractor performance, and ensure the centre's infrastructure remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Support operational projects, including infrastructure setup, system implementation, and operational readiness activities.
• Monitor operational issues, maintenance activities, and KPIs, and prepare reports for management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records relating to maintenance, operations, and projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of operational enhancements.
• Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the Management.
