ISS FACILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance of building systems, and vendor coordination in Singapore. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and cost control to support smooth facility performance.

The successful candidate will manage space planning, asset records, and reporting, collaborating with internal teams to meet service levels and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Property Management, or related field.
• Experience in hospitals, clinical testing laboratories, or healthcare facilities.
• Good understanding of MEP and HVAC systems and building safety/regulations.
• Clear, direct stakeholder communications and ability to coordinate with users, vendors and corporate teams.
• Proficient with CMMS or Building Management Systems (BMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facilities operations and ensure building systems function efficiently.
• Oversee maintenance for cleaning, MEP, HVAC, fire protection, and building systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Manage outsourced contractors and monitor vendor performance against SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards; support audits and business continuity planning.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track costs, and document expenditures.
