Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Management Officer to assist the Deputy Building Manager in all operation and maintenance concerns.

The role involves overseeing facilities management within the premises and interfacing with clients. The candidate will compile monthly utilities reports, assist in developing and implementing SOPs, and coordinate with contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Estate Management or other relevant qualifications with minimum 3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to Deputy Building Manager in operation & maintenance matters.
• Oversee facilities management within the premises and interface with clients.
• Compile monthly utilities report and tabulations.
