The role oversees preventive maintenance, supervision of service contractors, budget planning, compliance with authorities, and periodic audits, ensuring safety, reliability and cost efficiency for the property.

Responsibilities

• Regular maintenance and upkeep of the property to acceptable standards.
• Develop and implement preventive/planned maintenance to minimise costs and risk of failure.
• Supervise repairs and routine maintenance by service contractors for M&E, building systems, and related services.
• Verify invoices and advise on payments; liaise with authorities and governing bodies.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and meetings to review performance and compliance.
