Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a facilities maintenance professional responsible for keeping an accurate equipment listing, conducting regular inspections, and reporting issues to management.

You will supervise contractors and technicians, verify work orders are completed on time, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• ITE or higher education in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Experience in building maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate listing of equipment and conduct inspections of the buildings.
• Report on maintenance issues and critical incidents, and supervise contractors and technicians.
• Inspect and verify that work orders are completed as agreed and on time.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management.
