Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead operations and maintenance across multiple sites in Singapore.

You will plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive, corrective, cyclical, and ad-hoc maintenance work while ensuring all M&E systems and building services stay operational and compliant. You will supervise FM Executives, technicians, subcontractors and vendors, attend site meetings, monitor safety compliance, and deliver KPI-driven service quality to

Qualifications

Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Built Environment, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years relevant FM experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Experience in IFM operations and building services knowledge.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance across assigned sites.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, corrective, cyclical, and ad-hoc maintenance works.
Act as the primary operational contact point for clients and Employer Representatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Supervise FM Executives, technicians, subcontractors, and specialist vendors.
Prepare operational reports, maintenance updates, KPI reports, and service records.
