Job summary

SINGAPORE FACILITISTS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a motivated Facilities Management Executive to oversee the daily facilities management and maintenance operations for client properties. You will work closely with Management to coordinate engineers and technicians across multiple sites and ensure smooth operations.

This junior role targets candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience who want broader exposure and growth into a larger operational role within the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant working experience in facilities management.
• Candidates with internship or practical facilities maintenance experience may also be considered.
• Basic technical understanding of building services and M&E systems.
• Willing to learn and develop practical knowledge in building maintenance.
• Able to coordinate technicians, contractors and service vendors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Possession of an FSM Certificate is an added advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities management and maintenance operations for client properties.
• Coordinate deployment of engineers and technicians across client sites.
• Receive, monitor and follow up on maintenance requests and fault calls.
• Assist in planning preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify defects and improvement areas.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians and contractors to carry out maintenance.
• Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure timely completion.
• Review service reports to verify scope of work.
• Source quotations from suppliers and assist cost proposals.
• Coordinate and supervise term contractors and service vendors.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, contractors and suppliers.
• Provide updates to management on outstanding matters and progress.
• Perform other facilities management duties as assigned.
