Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Facilities Executive to support day-to-day operations and maintenance of the assigned facility in Singapore. The role involves managing contractors and technicians, coordinating works, conducting inspections, and ensuring safety and compliance with KPIs and SLAs.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in FM or a related field, with 2–5 years’ experience in facilities management and strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Estate Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance operations, M&E systems, and contractor management.
• Familiarity with CMMS or Facilities Management software.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prepare cost estimates and manage maintenance budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work independently with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Management team in maintaining the assigned facility and duties.
• Ensure timely and effective maintenance of building systems per KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage maintenance activities across building, M&E, environmental cleaning, horticulture and landscaping.
• Supervise subcontractors, service providers and technicians; issue work orders and audit performance.
• Coordinate work requests and documents from clients; maintain proper records.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure schedules and programmes run smoothly.
• Use CMMS for preventive and corrective maintenance, cost tracking and reporting.
• Prepare costing and quotations based on the Fixed Schedule of Rates.
• Review subcontractors' quotations and costing submissions.
• Attend to emergency maintenance and standby duties.
