Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is assisting a client in Singapore to hire a Facilities Executive to support building operations and tenant matters. You will inspect sites, coordinate contractors, and monitor maintenance across HVAC, lifts, cleaning, and pest control.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Facilities or related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of local regulations and WSH requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Services, Real Estate or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant facilities or property management experience.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and WSH requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and attend to urgent facility matters when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and monitor defects, maintenance and building conditions.
• Coordinate contractors for repairs, maintenance, fit-out and reinstatement works.
• Manage building services including air-conditioning, lifts, cleaning and pest control.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, NEA and WSH requirements.
• Implement preventive maintenance and monitor asset performance.
• Support tenancy administration, handovers and tenant coordination.
• Assist with OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, procurement and cost monitoring.
• Review vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare operations reports, maintenance records and incident reports.
• Support A&A, upgrading and refurbishment projects.
