Job summary

DSV is seeking an Office Operations Executive in Singapore to lead hard and soft services, including PPM planning, vendor and contract management, and daily office operations across facilities and workplace services.

The role covers maintenance coordination, safety compliance, asset management, and support for receptions and mail handling, with a focus on efficient, safe, and compliant facility operation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services/Engineering or related field.
• Fire Safety / Fire Warden certification and WSH certification required.
• 1–2 years in facilities management, building operations, office administration or corporate services.
• Experience with managing PPM schedules, vendor and contract management, and coordinating maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage PPM calendar and ensure maintenance contracts are in place.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure safety procedures and documentation.
• Manage cleaning, pest control, security, pantry, mail, and office supplies operations.
• Oversee vendor coordination, repairs, and incident resolutions; liaise with stakeholders.
