Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Property Officer to support the Property Management Team. You will handle administrative tasks, respond to tenant requests promptly, and assist the Building Manager with daily operations on site.

You will lead a maintenance team, supervise on-site contractors, troubleshoot building services, coordinate preventive maintenance, source and follow up with contractors, and prepare monthly and incident reports for the site.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative functions for the Property Management Team, ensuring professionalism in property issues and timely response to tenant requests.
• Assist the Building Manager in daily operations and lead a team in maintenance services at a designated client's site.
• Troubleshoot building services failures and supervise on-site contractors in planned and ad-hoc maintenance.
• Source, negotiate and follow up with contractors to ensure work meets specifications.
• Prepare monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site.
