Job summary

Frasers Property Limited is seeking a Facilities Management professional to oversee maintenance services, preventive maintenance, and capital projects for a retail mall. You will manage technicians and contractors, ensure SLA compliance, and coordinate tenancy and fit-out activities.

Responsibilities include inspections, contract renewals, vendor performance, and reporting. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in retail mall management incl. tenants’ liaison and A&A work.
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and AutoCAD; retail environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to tenants’ feedback and operational requests.
• Ensure optimal plant/equipment operations and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities, car parks, and tenant spaces.
• Oversee expiry dates of term contracts, permits, certificates and related requirements.
• Respond timely to queries from stakeholders on operational matters.
• Plan, prepare, and evaluate quotations and tenders for maintenance and CAPEX works; certify for payment.
