Job summary

Anchor Search Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Management professional to develop and monitor FM operations and maintenance processes. You will supervise the IFM team and external contractors, ensure KPI targets are met, and support procurement progress for VO/status updates.

The role requires 1–3 years in FM with knowledge of event management, inventory, and procurement, plus strong communication skills and regulatory awareness. Work location is West, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Facility Management, Building Services or related field.
• 1–3 years in facility management; event management, inventory and procurement knowledge a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to relate to different levels of people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FM operations and maintenance SOPs and work processes.
• Supervise FM services by Contracting IFM Team and external contractors.
• Monitor KPIs and report to Authority on contractor performance.
• Update procurement progress and status of variations orders.
• Be conversant with regulatory requirements for building services, licences and permits.
• Assist in building administration, store and equipment matters.
• Coordinate events within the facility and ensure smooth handovers to organizers.

Job description

Facilities Management

• Development and propose all FM operations and maintenance related SOP, work processes.
• Supervisory of FM services performed by the Contractor IFM Team and external contractors.
• Monitor and report to Authority on the status and performance on meeting the Key Performance Index by the Contractor IFM team.
• Update Procurement progress and status of the VO.
• To be conversant with Regulatory requirement regarding building services, mechanical machinery, licences, permit to operate.
• To participate in Internal Meeting and brief on status under your responsibilities.
• To assist in matters pertaining to Building Administrative, store and equipment.

Event Management

• To facilitate and coordinate events within the facility.
• To ensure proper handling before event and taking over after event to ensure no defects and any defects is rectified by event organiser or IFM.
• Ensure all events coordination with IOC, Security, IFM and other parties is well coordinated, proper dissemination of information

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant facility management, knowledge in event management, inventory and procurement is an advantage
• Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people.
• Basic knowledge of Asset Management
