Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee building operations, maintenance and repair works
• Manage contractors, service providers and maintenance contracts
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly
• Monitor operating budgets, quotations and expenditure
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements
• Handle operational issues and liaise with tenants, contractors and authorities
• Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

• Relevant certifications, including Fire Safety Manager certification, are advantageous

Good to have

• Class 3 driving licence
