Job summary

NATURAL HEALING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to oversee routine inspections, upkeep and safety across the HQ and outlets in Singapore.

You will perform general maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting, operate hand and power tools, and coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely repairs and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• General maintenance skills including inspection, upkeep and safety.
• Ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Familiar with workplace safety practices and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment and common areas for upkeep, cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate and oversee repair, servicing and preventive maintenance at HQ and multiple outlets.
• Source and liaise with external contractors and vendors for maintenance work.
