Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Technician – Office Maintenance to support day-to-day maintenance and technical services for our office facilities at Paya Lebar. The role focuses on keeping building systems safe, reliable and efficient, with a 5.5-day work week and rotating shifts.

You will perform preventive upkeep, troubleshoot faults, manage work orders and collaborate with vendors, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC, Building Maintenance or Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing and general building maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS is an advantage; basic to intermediate MS Office skills.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility faults to minimise downtime.
• Identify defects and perform root-cause analysis, follow-up actions.
• Monitor equipment and maintain maintenance records.
• Support office events and ad hoc facilities activities.
• Coordinate vendors/contractors to ensure safe, compliant work.
• Conduct routine safety checks and follow PPE regulations.
• Monitor inventory and assist with sourcing supplies.
• Manage work orders and provide updates to facilities teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and other duties as required.
