Job summary

NATURAL HEALING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to oversee routine inspections, upkeep and safety across the HQ and outlets in Singapore.

You will perform general maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting, operate hand and power tools, and coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely repairs and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• General maintenance skills including inspection, upkeep and safety.
• Ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Familiar with workplace safety practices and building regulations.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment and common areas to ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, functionality and safety.
• Coordinate and oversee repair, servicing and preventive maintenance works at HQ office and multiple outlets.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Perform general maintenance, repair and troubleshooting works, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, furniture, air-con and etc.
• Familiar with workplace safety practices and building regulations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve facility-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Source, liaise, coordinate and communicate well with external contractors, vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules to ensure all servicing and inspections are carried out according to operational requirements.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections and equipment servicing.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance tools, supplies and spare parts.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or overtime when required occasionally.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
