Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering/Building Services with up to 3 years of relevant experience or Higher/NITEC with 4+ years.
• Fields: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Building Services, Facilities Management.
• Willingness to work 3 shifts including nights/weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be first line of response to operational issues and breakdowns.
• Respond and mobilise on site for after-hours breakdowns.
• Perform hands-on maintenance for electrical, mechanical and facilities equipment.
• Supervise maintenance and system takeover activities.
• Ensure safe work by personnel and contractors and compliance with Work Instructions.
• Perform minor repairs and rectifications to building/equipment.
• Troubleshoot facilities systems and coordinate with stakeholders for certifications.
• Maintain documentation of work orders and incidents.
• Liaise with OEMs/contractors to ensure safe and economical operations.
