Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect and service carpark equipment, perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and keep accurate maintenance records. The role requires a NITEC and at least 2 years of maintenance experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

You will ensure equipment reliability and safety, following established procedures and using basic computer applications for reporting and communication. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inspections and diagnostic checks on carpark equipment to identify potential faults, wear and tear, and maintenance requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities such as cleaning, lubrication and replacement of worn components to ensure equipment reliability.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain equipment functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, maintenance activities, repairs and parts used.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with workplace safety requirements and established procedures.
• Use basic computer applications for maintenance records, reporting and communication.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 2B or Class 3 driving licence, where required for work-related travel.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required by operational needs.
