Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Technician – Office Maintenance to oversee day-to-day maintenance and technical support for office facilities at Paya Lebar. You will ensure building systems operate safely, reliably and efficiently, and support events and day-to-day operations.

The role requires knowledge of electrical/HVAC/plumbing systems, CMMS familiarity, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Overtime and shift work at a 5.5-day schedule are part of the duties.

Qualifications

Certificate/qualification in HVAC, Building Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing and general building maintenance.
Familiarity with CMMS is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting, time management and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work shifts, overtime and after-hours support when required.

Responsibilities

Carry out preventive maintenance, routine inspections and maintenance checklists.
Troubleshoot equipment and facilities faults to minimise downtime.
Identify defects and perform basic root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
Monitor equipment and asset conditions and maintain maintenance records.
Support office events, deliveries and facilities activities.
Coordinate and supervise vendors/contractors to ensure safe completion.
Conduct routine safety checks and comply with safety procedures.
Monitor maintenance inventory and assist with sourcing supplies.
Manage work orders and provide timely updates to Facilities Management.
Contribute to process improvements and other ad hoc duties.
