Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technician – Office Maintenance to manage day-to-day facility upkeep at the Paya Lebar site. The role involves ensuring safe and efficient operation of building systems and delivering technical support for office facilities.

The position requires handling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and coordinating with vendors. A 5.5-day work week and rotating shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC, building maintenance or electrical engineering related qualification.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC and plumbing is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CMMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and minimise downtime.
• Identify defects and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance records and monitor asset conditions.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise contractors safely.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure PPE compliance.
