Job summary

Ag Builders Singapore is seeking a front-line Facilities Fault & Response Centre (FRC) operator. You will be the first point of contact for urgent user requests and will route fault reports to the appropriate maintenance contractors.

You will log fault reports in the MMS system, monitor repair progress to meet KPIs, and handle events and logistics requests, plus perform ad-hoc duties as needed. This role requires relevant experience and technical qualifications listed above.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience.
• Qualifications as listed: Nitec in Technology for Facility Management; GEC O/N Level; A Level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• To man the FRC. The FRC is first point of contact whenever a user seeks for urgent assistance.
• To receive fault reports through the hotline and email, and redirect the fault reports to the relevant maintenance contractor
• To accurately and timely log-in/update fault reports into the MMS (Maintenance Mate System)
• To ensure the completion of the repair or servicing of any outstanding faults and service requests within the KPI
• To receive, process, and follow up events and logistics requests
• To perform other ad-hoc duties required
