Job summary

Lisen Builders Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated FRC coordinator to serve as the frontline contact for urgent user assistance at the facilities' control hub.

You will handle fault reports via hotline and email, ensure accurate MMS logging, coordinate repairs to meet KPI timelines, process events and logistics requests, and perform ad-hoc duties as required to keep operations running smoothly at the Singapore site.

Responsibilities

• Man the FRC, acting as the first point of contact for urgent user assistance.
• Receive fault reports via hotline and email, and redirect to the relevant maintenance contractor.
• Log in and update fault reports into the MMS (Maintenance Mate System) accurately and promptly.
• Ensure the repair or servicing of outstanding faults and service requests is completed within KPI.
• Receive, process, and follow up events and logistics requests.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job description
