Job summary

KIM YEW Integrated Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Operations Coordinator to oversee servicing, repairs, and fault management at the Fault Management Centre in the West.

You will respond to incidents per SOPs, generate fault reports, and support facility supervisors in daily tasks. You must have at least one year of frontline or call centre experience, English proficiency, and willingness to work night shifts twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) 'O' level passes including English, and Nitec or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• At least one (1) year of frontline or call center experience involving customer interaction.
• Proficient in English, computer literate, and possess adequate typing skills.
• Willingness to perform night shifts twice a week.
