Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Facilities Executive – Leasing & Property Management in Singapore. You will support leasing activities, tenant coordination and property operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least 3 years in leasing or facilities management, strong communication and MS Office proficiency. This permanent position offers a stable career path and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate / Estate Management / Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of leasing, property or facilities management experience.
• Good understanding of landlord-tenant matters and real estate transactions.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support tenant acquisition, property viewings and lease negotiations.
• Prepare and manage tenancy documentation, renewals, terminations and lease records.
• Handle tenant enquiries, feedback and maintenance-related matters.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor defects, safety and building conditions.
• Coordinate contractors for maintenance, repairs, fit-out and reinstatement works.
• Manage essential building services and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, NEA and other regulatory requirements.
• Support preventive maintenance, OPEX/CAPEX budgeting and procurement.
• Prepare leasing, facilities and operational reports.
• Assist with A&A, upgrading, refurbishment and sustainability initiatives.

• Position: Facilities Executive – Leasing & Property Management


• Working Days: Monday to Friday


• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM


• Salary: Up to $5,000 Basic + Performance Bonus


• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave
