Job summary

Sing Investments & Finance Limited is seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant Manager to oversee maintenance, tenancy management and lease negotiations at our Head Office in the CBD, Singapore. The role requires coordinating facility services, ensuring regulatory compliance and budget management to maintain a safe, efficient workplace for staff and tenants.

The ideal candidate should have a real estate qualification and relevant leasing experience, plus strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or related field.
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in leasing and maintenance.
• Registered Fire Safety Manager.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and task oriented.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct periodic maintenance of assigned facilities and utilities systems.
• Ensure audit readiness by complying with effective standards, regulatory/statutory requirements.
• Achieve financial objectives by managing allocated budget and recommending / initiating cost improvement measures.
• Maintain close and regular liaison with tenants to ensure satisfaction with all aspects of Tenancy Management.
• Source and secure suitable tenants to maximize yield.
• Handle all lease documentation, rent review and other service contracts negotiations.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager, Leasing & Maintenance based in our Head Office in the CBD.

General Job Scope:

• Schedule and conduct periodic maintenance of assigned facilities and utilities systems. This would include, but not limited to electrical, building/carpark maintenance, fire alarm system, security, cleaning and pest control, to ensure a safe and reliable business environment for our staff and tenants
• Ensure audit readiness by complying with effective standards, regulatory/statutory requirements
• Achieve financial objectives by managing allocated budget and recommending / initiating cost improvement measures
• Maintain close and regular liaison with tenants to ensure satisfaction with all aspects of Tenancy Management
• Source and secure suitable tenants to maximize yield
• Handle all lease documentation, rent review and other service contracts negotiations
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

• Degree / Diploma in Real Estate or related field
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity in leasing and maintenance
• Registered Fire Safety Manager
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and task oriented
