Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a property and facilities professional to manage leasing across a diverse portfolio, including office, commercial, industrial and residential assets.

You will source and secure tenants, support lease negotiations, coordinate with finance on arrears, oversee maintenance and service contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance while building a solid foundation for a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Source, evaluate and secure new tenants for the Company's property portfolio.
• Support lease negotiations, tenancy management and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and building requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance on rental arrears and conduct regular property inspections.

• Ensure facilities equipment inspections and certifications are up to date and compliant with regulations.
• Manage and regularly review maintenance/service contracts.
