Job summary

DDSG GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a fast, organised Live Admin to manage behind-the-scenes tasks during Facebook Live sessions. You will record orders in real time, respond to inquiries, handle payments, update stock, and ensure smooth packing and delivery scheduling.

The role requires bilingual English/Chinese communication, accuracy under pressure, and familiarity with Facebook tools, Messenger, and spreadsheets. This is an on-site Singapore position with a basic salary plus commission.

Qualifications

Experience as a live-selling admin, online shop admin or customer service person (preferred).
Fast and accurate typing, and calm under pressure when comments come in fast.
Comfortable with Facebook Page tools, Messenger, Excel or Google Sheets.
Must understand both English and Chinese (reading and replying to comments in both).

Responsibilities

Watch the live comments and record every order (name, item, size/colour, quantity) quickly and accurately.
Reply to comments and Messenger enquiries during and after the live.
Pin comments, share the live into groups, and remove spam.
Send payment details to customers and check their payments.
Update stock and tell the host right away when an item is sold out.
Prepare products before the live.
Pack orders on packing days.
Send order confirmations and follow up on unpaid orders.
Keep the order spreadsheet up to date for delivery.
