LIVECOMMERCE ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Channel Executive to support the Channel Manager in growing our brand channel. You will assist live-streamers with customer support and payments, and help plan social media strategies across FB and IG while coordinating overseas streams.

Ideal candidates have a diploma/degree in business-related fields, some retail experience, and strong Excel skills, plus bilingual Chinese/English abilities. Travel 50% and occasional overtime are required.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma/degree holders in business management, marketing, communications preferred but not required.
Retail experience is preferred.
Intermediate Excel understanding and skill preferred.
Holding a driving licence and able to drive overseas (MUST).
Able to cope with fast-paced and detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

Support Channel Manager to manage/create and grow our brand channel.
Provide administrative support to live-streamers during shows, including customer support and payments administration.
Establish brand channel strategy and marketing using FB/IG or other social media.
Travel for overseas streams.
Plan calendar of sales events (special streams or events).
Support end-to-end operations, logistics and fulfilment for the brand channel.
Post and plan social media contents.
Review and analyse live stream data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
