Job summary

LBHH CRYSTAL SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Live Commerce Operations Assistant in Singapore to manage daily customer service, order fulfilment and livestream preparation.

You will handle social media updates, basic photography and CapCut video editing, support livestreams, coordinate overseas trips, and ensure accurate records while working five days a week. Applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience in e-commerce, strong organisational skills and the ability to work

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce, customer service, order processing, livestream operations or a similar role.
• Able to independently manage responsibilities listed without constant reminders or supervision.
• Basic product photography and video editing skills are required.
• Familiar with Facebook, TikTok and Telegram, including content posting and customer messaging.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer messages, comments and enquiries across Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and other channels.
• Process and verify online orders and livestream orders; prepare, pack and coordinate dispatch.
• Prepare products before livestreams and organise after livestream follow-ups; accompany host as needed.
• Take clear product photos and record simple videos; perform basic CapCut edits.
