Job summary

LiveCommerce Entertainment PTE. LTD. is seeking a Channel Executive to support the Channel Manager in growing our brand channel across Singapore and overseas.

This open role covers live-show support, social media planning, logistics, and KPI reporting, with opportunities for overseas assignments and a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree holders in relevant fields preferred.
• Intermediate Excel understanding and skill preferred.
• Bilingual; livestream shows conducted in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Support Channel Manager to manage and grow our brand channel.
• Provide administrative support to live-streamers during live shows with customer support and payments administration.
• Establish clear brand channel strategy and positioning and marketing of the channel using FB and IG or other social media.
• Travel overseas for streams.
• Plan calendar of sales events (special streams or events).
• Support end-to-end operations, logistics and fulfilment for the brand channel.
• Post and plan social media contents.
• Review and analyze live stream data.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports for the channel.
• Reconcile and prepare delivery reports after livestream shows.
• Support sourcing new merchants and live streamers.
• Merchants & Streamers Management.
• Customer service.
• Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager.

• Posting and planning of social media contents.
• Review and analyse live stream data.
• Doing up daily/ weekly/monthly reports and KPI for the channel.
• Reconcile and prepare of delivery reports after livestream shows.
• Support sourcing new Merchants and live streamers.
• Merchants & Streamers Management.
• Customer Service.
• Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Diploma/degree holders, major in business management, marketing, communications etc. would be preferable but not a must.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Intermediate Excel understanding and skill preferred.
• Holding a driving licence and able to drive in overseas. (MUST)
• Able to cope with fast work pace and meticulous to details.
• Candidates are required to be bilingual; livestream shows are done in both Chinese and English.
• Must be prepared to travel overseas (50%) for livestream shows when required.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.
