China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Architectural Manager with a proven track record to lead on large-scale projects. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure technical requirements are followed and schedules are met.
The role requires a BOA-recognized Architecture degree and at least 10 years' experience with an A1 main contractor; hospital or healthcare project exposure is a plus.
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, project team members and sub-contractors to ensure proper follow-up on all technical requirements
To plan trades schedule and coordinate architectural trade work, finishes, and interfacing with structural and M&E details.
Ensure timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements as per the project schedule.
Plan and coordinate on-site activities, working closely with subcontractors and their supervisors to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct routine inspections on architectural works to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specification
Ensure timely and smooth progress of works by monitoring the progress of the works with respect to the targeted schedule.
Ensure all works meet specified requirements, EHS requirements, quality standards and government regulations are complied with, including maintainability requirements.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Degree in Architecture, preferably degree recognized by BOA
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as Architectural Manager with an A1 Main Contractor, preferably in large-scale construction projects. Hospital or healthcare project experience will be an added advantage.
Responsible to ensure all architectural works including interior design works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications including interface details with Interfacing Contractors as per Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
Good knowledge of architecture specifications & requirements

Working Hours:5-day work week, with overtime allowance provided for work beyond regular working hours, subject to project requirements.
