Job summary

AF KITCHEN PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on restaurant supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations in Singapore. You will lead a small team, ensure smooth service, and handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic stock control and POS knowledge, and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of restaurant/F&B operations and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead and motivate a team.
• Able to handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally.
• Basic knowledge of stock control and cash/POS procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are an advantage.
• Food hygiene and safety certification is an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
