Job summary

JOYOUS CIRCLE ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable front-of-house supervisor to oversee service during shifts, allocate duties, and ensure standards and hygiene. You will coordinate with kitchen, handle guest enquiries, manage stock, brief staff on specials and promotions, and enforce liquor service rules.

Additionally, you will assist management with attendance tracking, daily reports, and train new staff on service flow and house rules, including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in western restaurant/bar/lounge with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work rotating night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house service team during service hours, allocate duties to service staff
• Ensure service standards, table setup, hygiene and presentation comply with SOP and food safety requirements
• Attend to escalated guest enquiries, complaints and special requests
• Coordinate between floor, kitchen to maintain smooth service flow during peak hours
• Check stock levels for tableware, napkins and service supplies, submit replenishment request
• Brief team on daily specials, new menu items, live music arrangement and promotions
• Enforce Singapore alcohol service regulation, verify customer age where required
• Assist manager with attendance tracking, shift handover and daily operational reports
• Train new service staff on service flow, POS system and house rules
